Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain all incoming inspection files.
- Perform all necessary functions to maintain the non-conforming area.
- Maintain and update the visual standards.
- Train new Quality Control personnel.
- Data entry for release of all inspected goods and finished products, as well as to transfer goods from the non-conforming area.
- Document and communicate problems to vendors.
- Maintain the device history record monitor, device master record monitor, shelf life monitor, pest control monitor, and ETO sterilization revalidation monitor.
- Perform special testing when necessary.
- Interface with Quality Assurance personnel and other various departments when addressing quality issues.
- Perform label control functions.
- Release sterile batches to finished goods.
- Final goods inspection.
- Maintain monitoring programs for BIO Burden, Articulates and air settling plates.
- Maintain CER certification program.
- Pest control monitoring.
- ETO & solvent monitoring safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for all parts issued to production.
- Responsible for entering parts, lot numbers, and quantity on production orders.
- Coordinate with production supervisor and production leads.
- Perform data entry for inventory control.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of the manufacturing environment as well as skills in mathematics, reading, and writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
