Biotech QA Director: Build & Scale QMS

A CDMO biotech startup in San Diego is seeking a Head of Quality to lead their Quality Assurance team and ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH GMP regulations. This role is critical for operational excellence and offers the opportunity to shape the Quality function from the ground up. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment and possess strong communication skills.

This is a direct hire, full-time position with a competitive pay range of $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
