Base pay range: $22.55/hr - $27.75/hr

This role ensures product compliance through in‑process and final inspection of materials, components, and assemblies using a variety of measuring equipment. The inspector gathers necessary documentation, generates reports, manages non‑conforming material, and works with minimal supervision. Responsibilities also include adherence to environmental, health, safety, and quality policies.

• Perform in‑process and final inspection of materials, components, hardware, and assemblies.
• Use measurement equipment to verify compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Gather documentation and generate accurate, timely reports.
• Document and manage non‑conforming material according to established procedures.
• Work on schedule, on time, and every day.
• Adhere to the "Three Circles" framework focusing on Chromalloy Values.
• Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures.

• High School Diploma (preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in aerospace quality inspection (AS9100 QMS environment).
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing practices, inspection methodologies, and standards (ASTM, ANSI, ASME, Military Standards).
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand English (FAA requirements).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Visual acuity meeting regulations.
• Hand‑eye coordination and ability to retrieve jobs and move to next workstation.
• Computer skills.
• Independent work capability with teamwork when required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, micrometers, fixtures, and inspection instructions.
• Experience setting up, operating, inspecting, testing, and adjusting tools, dies, gauges, jigs, and fixtures for conformance.
