A growing photonics company is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help build and scale its quality function across next-generation optical products for AI, data centre and HPC applications
.
This is a hands-on role covering Quality Systems, Manufacturing Quality and Supplier Quality
. Working closely with engineering, operations, suppliers and external manufacturing partners, you’ll help build and scale the company’s quality infrastructure as it continues to grow.
- Lead ISO certification and quality management systems
- Drive manufacturing quality,
yield and product reliability - Manage Supplier Quality
, audits, qualification and SCARs - Lead RCA, CAPA and non-conformance investigations
- Develop FMEA, Quality Control Plans and SPC
- Track and improve key quality metrics
- 5+ years' Quality Engineering experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging or photonics
- Strong Quality Systems / ISO experience
- Supplier Quality and subcontractor management experience
- Experience with SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5-Why and Gage R&R
- Optical transceiver experience is highly preferreds

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 + Equity + Full Benefits Package
