OLAPLEX seeks a Supplier Quality Specialist – West Coast Regional Lead to bridge brand corporate Quality and Supply Chain with West Coast contract manufacturers. You will oversee on-site inspections, testing, RCAs, and supplier collaboration to uphold quality standards across the region.
You will travel locally 25-30% and spend ~90% of time on-site at CM facilities, driving CAPAs, NC investigations, and CAPA closure while maintaining ISO 22716 compliance and real-time data reporting.
