Showing Agent Opportunity Are you looking for a Showing Agent opportunity where you can learn how to build consistency in your real estate business while earning rewarding commissions tied to performance? We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to support client tours, open houses, and buyer communication while developing the skills needed to grow into a producing Buyer’s Agent.

A real estate license is required before working with clients, or must be actively in progress. In this opportunity, you will work closely with experienced Buyer’s Agents, learn how to build strong buyer relationships, and gain practical exposure to the daily activities that drive steady production. You will follow proven systems, strengthen communication and service skills, and learn how to create repeatable habits that support long-term consistency in your business.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want structure, mentorship, and a clear development path toward becoming a Buyer’s Agent while building confidence and momentum in real estate.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers in a timely fashion
  • Schedule and attend on‑site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties to answer clients’ questions knowledgeably
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Real estate license required
  • Sales communication experience
Compensation
  • $140,000 per year
