We are a San Diego based real estate team specializing in residential and commercial buying and selling. This is a contract, hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in San Diego, CA. We are hiring agents with or without experience who want a clear path to production, strong coaching, and a team that actually shows up for you. You will guide clients through residential and commercial purchases and sales, conduct showings and tours, research market opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, prepare and negotiate offers and contracts, and manage transactions through closing.

You will work within a structured system, supported by training, scripts, a CRM, and hands on guidance so you always know your next best step.

• Active California Real Estate License or currently pursuing one
