We are looking for a motivated Buyer’s Agent who wants to earn rewarding commissions while working with an expanding real estate team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, staying active in the field, and building a strong pipeline through guided support, proven systems, and consistent buyer activity. As a Buyer’s Agent, you will consult with clients throughout the full home-buying process, from initial conversations with pre-qualified leads to property showings, negotiations, and closing.
You will serve as the main point of contact for buyers, helping them feel informed, confident, and supported at every step of the transaction. This is a strong fit for someone who is enthusiastic, goal-driven, and serious about growing a real estate business with structure and accountability. Responsibilities:
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Qualifications:
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $165,000
