An leading pharmaceutical research organization is seeking a Laboratory Services Associate to support research and development initiatives in a state-of-the-art facility. The team is focused on advancing scientific discovery through innovative testing and experimentation. This role provides hands‑on laboratory experience in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment that values accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Hands‑on exposure to aseptic techniques, chemical testing, and sample analysis.

- Conduct chemical and biological analyses to support R&D and quality efforts.
- Maintain and culture cell lines using aseptic techniques.
- Prepare media, reagents, and samples while ensuring all processes meet quality standards.
- Receive, label, and analyze a variety of sample types using standardized procedures.
- Record test results accurately in both paper and electronic systems.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, inventory, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with scientists to ensure accurate and reliable data generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of laboratory, research, or quality experience.
- Experience with aseptic techniques and cell culture.
- Strong analytical skills and precision in data recording.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adhere to laboratory safety and GLP standards.
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP, FDA, or ISO).
- Familiarity with quality control and data reporting systems.
- GLP or laboratory safety certification.
