An leading pharmaceutical research organization is seeking a Laboratory Services Associate to support research and development initiatives in a state-of-the-art facility. The team is focused on advancing scientific discovery through innovative testing and experimentation. This role provides hands‑on laboratory experience in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment that values accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Conduct chemical and biological analyses to support R&D and quality efforts.
  • Maintain and culture cell lines using aseptic techniques.
  • Prepare media, reagents, and samples while ensuring all processes meet quality standards.
  • Receive, label, and analyze a variety of sample types using standardized procedures.
  • Record test results accurately in both paper and electronic systems.
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, inventory, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with scientists to ensure accurate and reliable data generation.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 0–5 years of laboratory, research, or quality experience.
  • Experience with aseptic techniques and cell culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and precision in data recording.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adhere to laboratory safety and GLP standards.
Preferred
  • Experience in regulated environments (GMP, FDA, or ISO).
  • Familiarity with quality control and data reporting systems.
  • GLP or laboratory safety certification.
