• Designing and executing biophysical assays (e.g., SPR, BLI) for hit validation and characterization.
• Preparing test materials accurately, including serial dilutions, following established protocols.
• Analyzing data using Excel or custom software.
• Presenting project data at meetings as needed.

• BS in Biology (or similar) with 5+ years of lab experience, or MS with 2‑5 years (biotech or pharma preferred).
• Experience in assay development with peptides and small molecules a plus.
• Biophysical assay experience (SPR, BLI, etc.) preferred.
• Basic liquid‑handling skills; advanced robotic experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong teamwork and individual work capability, attention to detail, problem‑solving, learning agility, and adaptability in a fast‑paced multidisciplinary environment.
