• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure the highest quality and consistency of dishes served.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to manage and expedite orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
