Store Travelling Trainer

Overview

New Store Opening Travelling Trainer role at Better Buzz Coffee. This position leads, instructs, and coaches all new store team members to ensure exceptional guest experience as we grow and expand into new markets.

Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing. We source and roast all our coffees in San Diego, CA and we are dedicated to providing the Better Buzz experience by fueling each day with exceptional coffee and food in an inspiring environment. • Lead and support new team members with shoulder-to-shoulder training
• Educate and train hands-on work to new hires and team members
• Improve training processes to ensure effective and thorough education
• Ensure efficient and effective store operations within given guidelines
• Analyze training needs for better performance
• Coach team on quality, safety and guest experience
• Passionate about developing and mentoring others
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• Flexible and available to work all shifts - days, nights, weekends and holidays as-needed

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Hospitality management: 1 year preferred
• Kitchen experience: 1 year preferred
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-location business within the food services or hospitality preferred
• Mastery or the training function preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
• New Location Opening: 1 year required

Schedule:

Holidays, night, weekend availability, must be able to work 40+ hours per week. Willingness to travel: 100% required.
