Be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications, maintaining quality and consistency in food production, and supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen;
Prepare ingredients and components for menu items, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and seasoning meats, vegetables, and other food items;
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal flavor and texture.
