Responsibilities

Support a vibrant and welcoming dining experience for guests.

• Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and quality standards.
• Guide the Kitchen Team, assisting with training and performance expectations.
• Perform all Back‑of‑House responsibilities, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation in a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior food service or operations experience is preferred.
• Food Handler certification (local/municipal) at applicant expense.

Counter areas are hot with steam; workspace is restricted and employees must remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops 36 in. Kitchen work is fast‑paced, noisy, and requires effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills.

24 USD per hour – 27 USD per hour. Pay is determined by location and experience.
