Base pay is $17.85 per hour. Tips average approximately $5.00 per hour, varying by location and service.

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions, including kitchen work to make food to order
• Keep our spaces clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
