As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.

• Welcome guests and manage seating assignments.
• Assist servers with guest requests and orders.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area.
• Monitor guest flow and optimize seating efficiency.
• Follow food safety and sanitization procedures.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent guest service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Base wage at minimum wage per hour + tips.
