Intazza is a coffee roasting company located in Murrieta, CA. We pride ourselves on delivering the art of third-wave coffee to local consumers. Currently, we own 3 cafes known as Intazza Mug & Grub. They spread from the Sunny Inland Empire to the beaches of San Diego. But our expertise doesn’t end there, our network expands at a wholesale food service level.

Our company is inviting and warm, a great place to learn restaurant etiquette and coffee knowledge. We are proud to serve amazing coffee from various regions around the world always keeping our sourcing responsibility in mind. Whether we are thinking inside or outside the box we are always thinking inside the cup.

Intazza is looking to hire a part-time busser with a 0-1 year experience in the trade. Primary responsibilities include running food, cleaning tables, picking up dishes, and washing dishes. We are a high‑paced cafe and having the ability to transition from one thing to another is vital. Customer service is key in this position at all times. Displaying great attributes of respect to every customer.

Overall, we are looking for a people person who is capable of managing restaurant speed and quality.

• Run Food
• Wash dishes thoroughly and efficiently
• Greet and acknowledge customers as they walk through the door and engage in conversations while at the register.
• Always smile.
• Don’t argue with customers
• Charge customers correctly. Always repeat their order back to them to make sure you have it correct.
• Say Thank You.
• Stay up to date with seasonal drinks and know your coffee knowledge.
• Be on time for your scheduled shifts. You must find your own coverage if you plan on being absent. If you are sick, you must notify your manager 2 hours prior to your shift.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Wear appropriate attire. Your own style is allowed but it must fall under the dress code otherwise Intazza t-shirts only.
  • No mid‑drifts or bellies showing.
  • No super wrinkled clothing or ragged
  • No exposed cleavage or buttock
  • Maintain a clean work environment at all times
  • Communicate any problems to the Manager directly
