Join the Outback family as a Cook, passionately preparing, portioning, and cooking food items to Outback’s quality specifications. You will commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, using proper safety equipment and tools.

• Prepare food items, ensuring speed and accuracy on a diverse menu.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness of surroundings.
• Work as a team to meet standards in preparation and delivery of food items.
• Practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen and cook line as needed.

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods.
• Vision abilities: distance, close, color, depth, peripheral; adjust focus.
