Part Time Barista

Overview

We are hiring baristas for our roastery/shop location in the Miramar / Mira Mesa area. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months to 1 year of barista experience and are familiar with Specialty Coffee. If you have no experience, that’s okay too—we’re looking for the right candidates who can move quickly, multi-task, be self-motivated, reliable, and provide genuine, caring service. Candidates with experience in sous chef, juicery, or fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply.

• Cross-trained between front of house/barista and kitchen/assembly; able to work in both front of house and back of house roles
• Work a variety of shifts (opening and closing included)
• Maintain a strong focus on coffee as the main product
• Deliver excellent customer service with a genuine, caring approach
• Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment

• 6 months to 1 year barista experience or willingness to learn
• Familiar with Specialty Coffee
• Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, reliable, and present service with a smile
• Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., sous chef, juicery) is a plus
• Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday; weekend availability is required
• 18–28 hours per week;
  Sundays required
