Job Description

Are you ready to hit the ground running and make every mile count? At Cycle Gear, we live and breathe powersports. We're not just a retailer; we're a community dedicated to serving the rider, fueling the industry, and inspiring the community. If you're someone who aims for the podium, isn't afraid to take smart risks, believes in sharing the road, keeps it real, and is passionate about what you do, then buckle up – we've got an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Receiving Lead, you'll be a key player in creating an exceptional experience for our fellow riders. You'll contribute directly to driving store success and fostering a welcoming environment where everyone feels like part of the crew.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Aim for the Podium: You'll be instrumental in driving store sales by ensuring our shelves are stocked, our merchandise looks sharp, and our pricing is accurate. You'll take pride in maintaining a top-notch store presentation, from the sales floor to the backroom, making sure everything meets our high standards. Plus, you'll stay in the know about all our awesome products and promotions, ensuring our customers have the information they need.

  • Take Risks, Wear a Helmet: Got a creative spark? We encourage you to try new and innovative ways to merchandise our products and boost sales. Don't be afraid to experiment and share your wins (and even those learning moments!) with your team. We're all about learning and growing together.

  • Share the Road: You'll be a role model for doing the right thing, always upholding our high standards and encouraging your teammates to do the same. You'll also have the opportunity to assist in training and developing your fellow team members. And of course, you'll be there to lend a hand to our customers, whether it's answering questions or providing shipping updates – we're all in this ride together!

  • Keep It Real: Accuracy and efficiency are key. You'll be responsible for ensuring our inventory and merchandising counts are spot‑on, communicating any discrepancies clearly. You'll also handle returns and manage the flow of shipments, keeping our stockroom organized and ready to roll.

  • Fuel Your Passion: We're invested in your growth! You'll have the chance to complete ongoing training and development opportunities. Plus, you might even get to represent Comoto at cool events like annual sales meetings, Bike Nights, and local moto gatherings – a chance to connect with the community we love! And, like any good pit crew member, you'll be ready to tackle other job duties as needed.

You’ll

Thrive In This Role If:
  • You’re not starting from zero: you have experience in a retail environment, specifically in inventory management, customer service, or sales. 2+ years of this experience is a huge plus!
  • You’re ready to take ownership of our backroom and inventory accuracy, treating it like mission control for the whole store.
  • You’re fueled by a strong work ethic and love exceeding results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You take a proactive approach to challenges, constantly looking through the turn to solve problems before they start.
  • You have a genuine passion for powersports and the open road (while a willingness to learn is key for everyone!).
What You Can Expect From Us:
  • A fun and energetic work environment surrounded by fellow moto enthusiasts.
  • You'll kick off your journey with a strong focus on learning! Your first five shifts will be dedicated to learning the ropes of our store operations, our sales process and product knowledge. To ensure your full focus is on training, your first full month will be base pay only.
  • A chance to be part of a team that truly values its people and its community.
  • Opportunities to learn and grow within the company.
  • Generous discounts on all of the powersports brands we carry as well as a free REVER Pro subscription and an annual reimbursement for you to enhance your riding skills.
  • Wellness initiatives include:
Team Member Resource Groups for open communication, Daily Pay for early access to earned wages, and our “Road To Wellbeing” program.
