• Welcome all customers and set expectations
• Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately, despite time pressure and customer volume; demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and tool usage
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, think forward, ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded, and drive solutions
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time amid competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
• Take pride in store appearance; help keep store clean, attractive, and organized
• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated, with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management

• High School graduate or equivalent
• State licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
• Embrace new technology and change

• Previous customer service and retail experience
