Member Assist Cart Attendant

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and that items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and handling various payment types with cash registers.
• Assist with the transport of items, maintain parking lot cleanliness, and organize and maintain the availability of carts and flatbeds.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities using company policies and available resources.
• Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.
• Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
