The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Open and close the store.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Understand the business and key metrics.
- Think proactively and anticipate customer needs.
- Maintain high attention to detail.
- Use register/point‑of‑sale systems.
- Protect assets and inventory.
- Create and maintain visual displays.
- Exhibit strong system skills.
- Schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12–16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
- Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. - Retail experience:
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred. - Supervisor/managerial experience:
Not required. - Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.

The starting rate for this position is $20.65 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $20.65–$20.65 per hour; this may be modified in the future.
