Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a selection of stores each week to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. The data collected is analyzed to improve sales performance.

Position type: Permanent Part-time

Hours: 11-15 hours per week (approximately 52 weeks per year, includes holiday weeks).

Compensation: $18/hr plus paid travel at hourly rate (minus first & last 15 minutes), paid sick time, eligibility for 401(k) with employer matching, monetary referral program.

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers each week.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes in display and aisle locations.
• Provide quantity estimates for approximately 45% of scanned products.
• Complete display scanning for the entire store each week.
• Assume Custom Projects, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours per week for certain stores.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain data accuracy.
• Report to store within the described deadline.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Physical ability to stand on feet for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and leg movements for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Reliable Wi-Fi access.
• Tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
