Seasonal Sales Support Associate

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps maintain a high standard of client service and boutique presentation.

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and up to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities, as well as after-sales needs, repair logging, and client follow-up.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
