Commission Sales - Women's Apparel - Fashion Valley

Provide personalized service and fashion guidance in the Women's Apparel department. Build lasting customer relationships, grow a personal customer base, and achieve sales goals while contributing to a welcoming and productive team environment.

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer helpful style and fit advice.
• Build customer relationships through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and follow-up.
• Meet personal sales goals and maintain product and trend knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods, and support other departments as needed.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-first mindset, comfort with technology, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
