Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales) – Relocation

Western Heating, Air, & Plumbing is looking for a Comfort Advisor to design a system (heating, cooling, IAQ) to meet the desired comfort of clients and to provide friendly, professional service. The position is a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and company success. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Design comfort systems for customers
• Conduct complete comfort surveys and home analysis
• Perform load calculations
• Inspect ductwork
• Carry out comfort and air quality surveys
• Handle paperwork for financing, rebates, tax credits, and payment collection
• Perform necessary HVAC and invoicing calculations
• Document existing work with photographs
• Create accurate equipment and material lists
• Deliver and pick up temporary heating or cooling equipment if required
• Communicate guarantees and warranties clearly to customers

• 3‑5 years of sales experience
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Comfort with technology; uses industry‑specific software on iPads and computers

• Self‑motivated with strong desire to excel
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time‑management and multi‑tasking ability
• Team environment participation
• Professional at all times

Anticipated salary: $200,000 - $350,000+.

Relocation bonus to assist move to Utah.
