ILIA Beauty, a leader in clean, skin‑centric beauty, is seeking an experienced Sales & Education Advisor to elevate in‑store experience and drive product adoption in the San Diego metropolitan area. This role reports to the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Coordinator, San Diego.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate beauty advisor who champions clean color and performance‑driven ingredients. The ideal candidate will represent ILIA’s lifestyle, educate store teams on our unique differentiators and support the store’s sales growth.

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events and relationship building.
• Coordinate visit schedules, develop monthly calendars and execute corporate initiatives.
• Educate store teams on hero products and key selling behaviors to increase client recommendations.
• Develop brand advocates by training associates on service behaviors that drive loyalty.
• Track event sales impact and propose innovative sales tactics.
• Activate visit calendars, provide weekly recap and track business opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with the manager and store leadership on brand opportunities and stock concerns.

• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum 2 years of beauty industry experience as a professional makeup artist or brand ambassador.
• Resident of the San Diego area.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work for 6‑8 hours on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs.

• 1+ year Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships.
• Passion for the clean beauty category.

• Hourly rate: $25‑$28 per hour.
