Pay Range: $93K‑135K per year (base), commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales and profitability within a designated region, focusing on HVAC residential and contractor sales. The primary objective is to achieve revenue growth through effective sales leadership and territory management.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Gemaire as an industry leader to maximize sales and profitability.
- Lead sales efforts within an assigned region and secure maximum market share.
- Develop market strategies, solicit new accounts and dealers.
- Establish and manage sales targets for direct reports, proactively addressing development opportunities.
- Motivate and develop Territory Sales Managers, providing instruction, training and guidance.
- Serve as a host at dealer meetings, conferences, incentive trips, and other events.
- Participate in home product shows, industry association events, and utility‑sponsored events.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on technical developments and product changes.
- Assist in resolving customer service concerns.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Five to ten years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Proven success in managing and mentoring sales teams to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and market data and deliver quality presentations.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals and objectives for self and team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
