Account Executive – Pharmacy Keeper (Pac South)

Join BD (Tissuemed Ltd) as an Account Executive responsible for driving sales and services of the Pharmacy Keeper portfolio to acute care hospitals and IDN’s. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, expanding existing accounts by selling new product offerings, and extending relationships into new areas within an account.

Territory: CA (South of Fresno), NV (South), UT, CO, AZ, NM, HI (must live in geographical area).

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of BD, MMS portfolio, IV workflow management market, and Pharmacy Keeper solutions including key competitors, terminology, technology, trends, challenges, reimbursement, and government regulation.
• Serve as a leader in maintaining balance in all areas of the sales cycle including account discovery, pipeline development, and executing new business; ensuring consistent and sustainable results.
• Create and implement opportunity plans.
• Consistently utilize all resources available within own business unit and involve other BD business units in executing the sales process.
• Apply knowledge of the customer's business to develop optimal solutions.
• Proactively and with a regular cadence demonstrate the defined value of partnering with BD to the customer.
• Effectively negotiate and collaborate with the customer and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes and achieve consensus.
• Build and sustain relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships.
• Primary call point for acute care hospitals and IDNs who are considering purchasing, or currently using Pharmacy Keeper solutions.
• Work autonomously while maintaining strong relationships with members of the sales team including director, professional services, and support teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in a direct sales capacity preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
• Proven product knowledge in the business area.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must possess and maintain a satisfactory criminal background.
• Must be able to meet customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with satisfactory results.

Base + Incentive: $133,900 – $240,000. Salary ranges may vary based on experience, education, and location.

BD prioritizes on‑site collaboration and requires a minimum of 4 days in‑office per week. Remote or field‑based positions will have different workplace arrangements. For certain roles, employment is contingent upon proof of full COVID‑19 vaccination. BD values authenticity, accountability, learning, and improvement.
