What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Author and maintain value messaging, talk tracks, and competitive battle cards by segment/persona
  • Lead sales enablement programs to enhance account management and business development proficiency
  • Package new/updated solutions into actionable sales playbooks and certify field teams
  • Maintain the enablement library content and ensure version control and findability
  • Track adoption and impact of enablement programs and adjust strategies accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy
  • Proven track record of improving ramp and win rates in a sales environment
  • Experience in developing onboarding curricula and facilitating training for account management/business development
  • Strong writing skills for go-to-market materials and content stewardship
  • Proficiency in Outreach.io and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience collaborating across departments to drive unified sales initiatives
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging strategies
  • Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks
