- Lead sales enablement programs to enhance account management and business development proficiency
- Package new/updated solutions into actionable sales playbooks and certify field teams
- Maintain the enablement library content and ensure version control and findability
- Track adoption and impact of enablement programs and adjust strategies accordingly
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy
- Proven track record of improving ramp and win rates in a sales environment
- Experience in developing onboarding curricula and facilitating training for account management/business development
- Strong writing skills for go-to-market materials and content stewardship
- Proficiency in Outreach.io and Salesforce
- Experience collaborating across departments to drive unified sales initiatives
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging strategies
- Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks
