Job SummaryThe Vacation Sales Agent works with popular local attractions such as ports and attends events like trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure. In this sales‑based role, you will engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience, inviting and incentivizing guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations.

- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
- Make vacation package sales and collect payment on site.
- Make vacation package sales and collect payment on site in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually (20%).
During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $19.75 plus commissions. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour plus commissions. The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate and commissions. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
What You’ll Bring- High school diploma or GED.

- Hospitality, sales or marketing experience.
- Ability to overcome challenges and objections.
- Ability to work in a goal and performance‑based environment.
This role is primarily performed outdoors at resort locations, events, and promotional venues. Noise levels may vary from moderate to high depending on the location. Protective gear and sun protection may be provided or required.

The hourly rate for this role is $19.25 – $19.25 plus commissions and bonuses.
