Envista Forensics is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Western United States. The role focuses on building client relationships and expanding forensic consulting services across key markets such as Southern California, Phoenix, the Bay Area, Portland, Seattle, and Las Vegas.

Job Description

As a relationship builder with a passion for driving growth, you will champion forensic consulting services across the Western U.S., forge strong client partnerships, cross‑sell innovative solutions, and collaborate with district managers and local experts to execute sales strategies and client events.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute geographic strategy focused on independent adjusters and regional insurance carriers.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships to sell all services within assigned accounts to the appropriate level of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Major Account and Legal Market teams to service key client targets.
  • Work with District Manager(s) to identify potential client or expert relationship opportunities.
  • Maximize growth through marketing strategies, events, and Continuing Education training opportunities.
  • Coach expert teams on sales‑related skills and tools.
  • Liaise with Marketing to promote experts and service capabilities.
  • Track all activity in the CRM and act as the contact/account data owner for the assigned geography.
  • Stay current with company policies, procedures, and ongoing training to maintain knowledge and skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities / Experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Effective interaction with a broad scope of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork.
  • Demonstrated strategic sales skills with a proven record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Efficiency and focus on maximizing return on investment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Dedication to the company’s five guiding principles, integrity, accountability, ethical behavior, and open communication.
Preferred Skills / Abilities / Experience
  • Existing client relationships within the assigned geography.
  • Membership in local insurance‑related associations or organizations.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience acceptable.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 per year, plus a targeted bonus potential and, possibly, a sign‑on bonus. Base pay varies by location, and the employee may elect a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as part of the compensation package.
