Summary
The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves customers in person and digitally, using styling expertise and technology to support sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate styling and product knowledge.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and sell products.
- Achieve sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through client outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in fashion, styling, or fashion retail.
- Commission sales experience and experience using technology to sell to clients.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals and work a flexible schedule.
