Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading the sales effort to promote our senior living communities and services. • Prospect and sell admission agreements to potential residents and their families through targeted outreach and relationship-building
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our senior living communities, services, and amenities to effectively communicate their value to prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, to generate referrals and leads
• Conduct guided tours of our communities to showcase our facilities and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy

• 3-5 years of experience in senior living sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong prospecting and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
