Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to support sales for our tours. The role primarily involves engaging with incoming leads, understanding their requirements, following up with prospective customers, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

The candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate warmly and patiently with senior citizens.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales

Call and follow up with incoming leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tours.
Work on pricing for customer tours.
Explain tour itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and travel experiences clearly.
Address customer questions and concerns.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Customer Engagement

Build trust with customers through warm and patient communication.
Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Assist customers throughout the booking process.
Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer queries.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good persuasion, follow-up, and sales closing skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and follow defined sales processes.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 12 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel, tours, hospitality, or related industry.

Experience in lead follow-ups, customer handling, and sales conversion.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
