• Identifying, characterizing and purifying small molecule pharmaceutical compounds using analytical and chromatographic techniques (UPLC, HPLC, prep-LC, SFC, LC-MS, etc.).
• Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on instrumentation as needed.
• Developing methods on LC and SFC.
• Investigating LC-MS columns/methods for specific projects.
• Collaborating with chemists, external resources and data management groups.
• Providing critical feedback to improve workflow and chemistry performance and implement best practices.

• MS in Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field with 5+ years of pharma laboratory experience outside academia/academic research; BS with 8+ years will also be considered.
• Extensive theoretical knowledge of UPLC, LC, LC-MS and hands-on experience with Waters and Agilent systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and as an individual.
• Strong collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving, learning agility, and ability to work across functions.
• Desired leadership and communication skills to operate in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and adaptability.
