🔒 Position:Unarmed Security Officer
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Shifts: Graveyard shifts available (8-hour shifts)
Standing Guard Pay :$17.25 – $18.00/hr. (based on experience)
Patrol Driver Pay: $20.00- $21.00/hr. (based on experience)
💼Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
- Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
- Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
- Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious behavior
- Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints as required
- Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
- 1 year of security experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is required
- Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours
