Job Opportunity:
Private Investigator Trainee

Seeking Veterans Ready for a New Challenge. This full‑time position at Lemieux & Associates in San Diego, CA (or surrounding area) trains newly separated military members to become licensed private investigators.

• Motivated, disciplined individuals who have recently left military service.
• Experience:
  
  None required. If you have the drive and a strong work ethic, we will train you.
• Training:
  Full, hands‑on instruction provided by industry experts covering investigation techniques, surveillance, background checks, and more.
• Qualities:
  Integrity, attention to detail, a desire to help others, and a strong work ethic.

The investigator’s primary duties include field surveillance, obtaining high‑quality videotape documentation of claimants in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, submitting accurate and timely reports, conducting background investigations, neighborhood canvasses, activity checks, and locates. All work is performed to the highest legal and ethical investigative standards while efficiently utilizing time and resources to provide outstanding investigative services.

• Bi‑lingual is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
• Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and days.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle, digital camera, and computer with Windows OS, Microsoft Word and internet connection.

$20 - $25 per hour.
