Requirements

  • Reliable transportation:
    Must own an insured truck or van suitable for construction work.
  • Fully equipped:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in residential construction, with a focus on rough and finish carpentry.
  • Professionalism:
    Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work ethic:
    Strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
