Position Overview Join our growing team as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Restoration Laborer! We specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, and emergency restoration services. Key Responsibilities

Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification

Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)

Content cleaning, pack-out services, and debris removal

Operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)

Vehicle maintenance and equipment care

Job site cleanup and warehouse organization

Inventory management and supply loading

Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards

Provide customer service with empathy during crisis situations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Physical fitness - ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness test required)

Background check clearance (FBI)

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Willingness to work overtime and flexible scheduling

Preferred Experience:

Construction experience or trades background

Restoration industry knowledge

Demolition or renovation experience
