We are hiring a Waterproofing Installer to join our construction/termite repair division, specializing in balcony and deck waterproofing systems. This position focuses on installing Westcoat waterproofing systems on residential and HOA multi‑family properties throughout San Diego County.

• Install cementitious and liquid‑applied waterproofing systems for balconies, decks, stairs, and walkways
• Prep substrates including grinding, cleaning, priming, and patching
• Apply waterproofing layers, base coats, membranes, and topcoats per manufacturer specifications
• Work alongside carpenters and termite repair crews on balcony restoration projects
• Follow safety procedures, jobsite protocols, and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule

• Construction, waterproofing, concrete coating, or similar trade experience preferred
• Experience with balcony or deck waterproofing is a strong plus
• Ability to use hand tools, grinders, mixers, and application equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors and on elevated surfaces (balconies, stairs, scaffolding)
• Physically able to lift materials, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
