MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tile roofing and be proficient in various roofing techniques and materials. This role involves working on residential properties, ensuring that roofs are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. The Roofer will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship while adhering to safety protocols.

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including shingles & tiles.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for roofing tasks, ensuring precision in all work performed.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation and repair processes.
• Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues such as leaks or damage that require attention.
• Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure waterproofing of roofs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Restore damaged roofing sections as needed, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

• Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in roofing tasks.
• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry related to roofing installations.
• Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing roof joints and edges.
• Experience in restoring roofs, including identifying materials needed for repairs.
• Capability for heavy lifting, as roofing work often requires moving materials and equipment.
• Skills in tile laying for various roofing applications.
