You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair and related building systems to ensure safe, high-quality homes and resident satisfaction.
The role requires basic trade knowledge, the ability to operate hand tools and basic electrical, carpentry, painting, or related repair work, plus a valid driver’s license.
