Plumbing Technician

Forthright Plumbing Pros, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Technician to provide reliable, high-quality plumbing services for residential and commercial clients.

As a Plumbing Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while delivering dependable workmanship and excellent customer service. This role combines hands-on technical skill with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and problem-solving.

You will work on a variety of plumbing projects, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs or installations to code - ensuring systems operate correctly and clients are satisfied with the results.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related components
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the most effective solution based on system conditions
• Perform troubleshooting to identify leaks, clogs, pressure issues, and other plumbing failures
• Complete work in accordance with safety standards, building codes, and job specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about service needs, findings, and next steps

• 3 years experience working on residential or commercial plumbing repairs and installations
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and common troubleshooting methods
• Ability to read and interpret basic plumbing diagrams and job instructions
• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures and code requirements
• Willingness to work onsite in San Diego, CA, as needed for assigned jobs

• Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues, including drainage and water supply systems
• Experience working independently while maintaining consistent quality and productivity
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in customer-facing situations
• Experience with basic maintenance and preventative inspection practices

Hourly rate: $20.00 - $50.00
