Appliance Repair Technician
Job Duties:
- Providing timely, quality diagnoses and repairs of appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers.
- Performing repairs efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high-quality customer service and care.
- Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
- Communicating the benefits of the Value Added Services Process to customers.
What we expect:
- 1+ years of professional experience in appliance repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to develop professionally.
- Ability to work with our customer service platform (CRM).
- Having your own tools & truck.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
