AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Mariner’s Cove, a 500-home community in San Diego, CA. You will perform preventative maintenance, complete apartment turns, troubleshoot issues, and respond to service requests to keep the property in top condition.
We offer an hourly rate of $24.00–$26.00, a monthly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonus up to $250, a renewal commission plan, and 50% rent discount. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits complete the package.
