24 network, the HVACR technician plays a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring customers' operations run efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in the field.
Key Responsi
bilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, low boys, display cases, prep tables, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Install, replace, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed
- Accurately document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment issues, repair recommendations, and preventative maintenance plans
- Maintain EPA compliance and adhere to all local, state and federal safety regulations
- Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Represent the company with professionalism while delivering high-quality customer service
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities
