Flood Technician

Star Flood Restoration is hiring a Water Damage Technician in a full-time position. We are looking for a full-time technician with water damage and mold remediation experience. Must have flood and demolition experience. Reconstruction / Restoration experience that is a plus. The level of pay is determined by experience in the industry. Shift and Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm
• Overtime on occasion
• Weekends as needed on occasion
• On-call per rotational schedule

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
• Able to pass criminal background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Xactimate knowledge is a plus
• IICRC certification is a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team to ensure our customers are well taken care of
• Handle any mitigation work caused by water, mold, or sewage
• Cleaning, Sanitizing & Deodorization
• Document drying progress as needed and required
• Removal and disposal of affected building materials
• Follow company policies while maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Communicate in a professional manner and friendly manner with all our clients and team members
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following traffic laws and company policies
