Ready to make a real impact in early intervention?

Coyne & Associates is hiring ABA Program Supervisors! Join a team where you'll change lives, build your career, and actually enjoy the work you do every day.

Why Coyne?

We’ve been making a difference for 25 years and we’re still small enough that you’ll never feel like just another number. With about 300 employees and dedicated regional teams, you’ll actually get to know your coworkers (and maybe even their dogs’ names). Plus, we're owned and operated by BCBAs- so we understand exactly what you need to thrive.

We’re proud to be one of the highest-rated ABA agencies on Glassdoor and a Top Workplace™ winner every year since 2017-including Top Workplace™ USA 2024 . From hands‑on field training for Early Childhood Instructors (ECIs) to leadership that actually listens, we’re here to support your success.

What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive Pay: $68,640/year + quarterly productivity bonuses (cash or extra PTO - you pick)
  • Work-Life Balance that Works:
Manageable caseloads and flexible schedules to help you stay Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged
  • Dedicated Scheduling Team:
You focus on clinical excellence, we handle the scheduling headaches
  • Up to 22 days PTO per year + 10 paid holidays
  • A shiny new Mac Book and iPhone for work use
  • No contracts required to gather your supervised BCBA fieldwork hours - grow your career without strings attached
  • Monthly team meetings that are actually useful (yes, really)
  • A supportive, close-knit team that actually cares

Your Role:

You’ll oversee in‑home ABA programs for young children, providing clinical supervision and case management. You'll coach ECIs in the field, collaborate with families, track progress, write treatment plans, and help young learners build real‑world skills. You’ll manage your own caseload while staying connected to an amazing regional team that’s ready to support you.

Programs typically run Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We offer flexibility and trust you to build a schedule that works.

You’ll be great at this if:
  • You have a completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • You’re trained in ABA and have hands‑on early intervention experience
  • You have at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • You’re organized, positive, and skilled at coaching others
  • You have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for home visits
The Fine Print:
  • Must submit a transcript showing a completed Master’s degree
  • DOJ/FBI background clearance required (we’ll help you through it)
  • TB clearance and BLS certification
  • Must be familiar with HIPAA and follow all safety, hiring, and non‑discrimination regulations
